5 days to a week for shipping is too long. When you didn't have one of the parts, I got same part elder in two days.

What a difference. Chose these for better braking with my occasional track days. Did some research online, wanting to replace my stock Brembos with something a bit more aggressive. Super happy and great price. I'll have more of an opinion after next weeks trip to Laguna Seca. But, could definitely tell a difference after installation and break in.

Purchasing my new Shark helmet was easy. I received a discount as a veteran. Tracking my delivery through the FedEx site was convenient and accurate.
Ordered a helmet with LEDs. They didn't work. I returned it. Called to insure it was received and it would take a couple days for a REFUND. I purchased another helmet from them during that time since I was being refunded. Got the new helmet in days ago. Called to check the status of the refund to be told a replacement had been processed but not shipped yet and was still in store. I asked to cancel the order and not ship for a refund since it was still in store. I was told they were still shipping it and I would have to go through the process of returning and wait longer for a refund. As of today I am no longer a customer.

Helmet and communication system work as advertised. This is my 4th Schuberth in 25 years. This helmet however has already started to have the paint chip off the crown of the helmet within one month of ownership - a location not subject to rocks, road debris, etc. I did not experience this with any of my other Schubert helmets. Has there been a manufacturing change in the paint process?
