I ordered the LS2 Swift gloves after reading good reviews. When it arrived I found the PU leather material on the pointer finger was peeling off. Revzilla was quick to ship out a new set and have the defective pair shipped back. The replacement pair had the PU leather on the thumbs completely peel off after just 5 minutes of riding. To make it more interesting, the fingertip (that was peeling on the original pair) looked to be actual leather on this set, and not PU leather from the other set. Revzilla warrantied the LS2 gloves and provided store credit so I can purchase something else instead of going down the rabbit hole of defective gloves.

Lots of choices, found the one I wanted and easy ordering. Delivery went well. Helmet is great!

Ordered the products from Revzilla back in June. There was a little issue with sizing of the cover. Although I used the dimensions given for my bike, when I received the first cover a large, it states on the box for up to 900 cc bike without accessories. I called and asked about it because descriptions were vague on what the cover could do. The person on the phone definitely suggested the extra large, of which I purchased. At the same time he sent me a return lable to ship back the first cover. Overall, I both happy with the new extra large cover, and the quick response and received new cover. Revzilla rocks when it comes to customer service. I've always purchased items for my ride from you. Thanks for being there for me.

Revzilla is one of the only online stores I consider for internet motorcycle related products. The only thing better is dealing with their live, English speaking staff on the phone! It's like skipping the middle man (computer). The jacket is pretty sweet too. It's actually larger than expected given the size chart. I could have gone one size smaller but since the neck is already pretty tight, I'm keeping this one. If I didn't keep it, I know they are very good about returns!
