I was astounded by the service received, best I have ever received!

I received my order incomplete 2 times. I ordered the LA Choppers Kage Fighter Kit (bars and riders) and I received the bars by themselves with no risers. I contacted revzilla, shipped the items back and received a new shipment which was supposed to arrive complete. Second shipment received yesterday and it was the same item, with missing parts and a damaged box. I requested a return and now waiting for my refund. Been buying with revzilla for years and never had an issue until this last purchase. Doubting of using this website in the future.

In stock items are shipped in a timely manner. My issue is I placed two orders on two separate occasions for a shad top box that was said to be in stock. Both times after several days, I was advised it wasn't. They DID give me a few Zilla dollars for the inconvenience.

I need thinner cheekpads. Can't get them anywhere, & the European alpinestard dealers won't ship me some, so it's a $#*!show. Need to come in the box for customizing especially with a $1K helmet! I should probably return this helmet if I can't get thinner cheekpads.

Good shopping experience, with selection, reviews to match. However I was quite disappointed when it came to timely delivery. Either create better estimates or consider an alternative shipper.

My boots came in almost perfect but the ankle protector on the left side of the right boot was not included.
