I loved the many updates. I always knew exactly what was going on and where things were. Best part was that they were done in humor and good fun. Nice! Only suggestion: I bought a fairing, which apparently requires three parts: the fairing itself, mounting brackets, and something used to adjust the headlights. Any time I added one of the three to my shopping cart I got a message saying that it was essentially useless unless I bought all three. Good to know... but it would have been better if they were offered as a kit. Just a suggestion.

I was astounded by the service received, best I have ever received!

I received my order incomplete 2 times. I ordered the LA Choppers Kage Fighter Kit (bars and riders) and I received the bars by themselves with no risers. I contacted revzilla, shipped the items back and received a new shipment which was supposed to arrive complete. Second shipment received yesterday and it was the same item, with missing parts and a damaged box. I requested a return and now waiting for my refund. Been buying with revzilla for years and never had an issue until this last purchase. Doubting of using this website in the future.

In stock items are shipped in a timely manner. My issue is I placed two orders on two separate occasions for a shad top box that was said to be in stock. Both times after several days, I was advised it wasn't. They DID give me a few Zilla dollars for the inconvenience.
