Revzilla is nice my boyfriend loves their products just I accidentally ordered the wrong visor
I was looking to pick up a second LS2 Infinity II helmet. I already have one that I have set up with an intercom that I don't always need when riding solo. The helmet is a great helmet and affordable so I picked up a second from Revzilla. Easy to order and it took almost no time to get here.
Revzilla usually has what I want and at prices I can afford.
I ordered a face shield for my Arai helmet. It was due to arrive a week ago last Wednesday, I even got the "get ready it will be here tomorrow " email. It finally arrived a 8 days later. Overall I've always been happy with revzilla, but the shipping and lack of communication let me down this time. No explanation, nothing.
Arrived early. No fitting issues. Good price. United States postal service finally got it right. 😂
Fedex delivered to the wrong address and closed out multiple support tickets without any resolution. Luckily I have honest neighbors. Revzilla did great. Fedex can eat a big fat hairy D***!

Bought an XT2 Garmin GPS for my bike. Quite a bit of reserch before I bought and the unit showed up promptly, installed easily and it seems to work just as expected. Have my eye on some other gear and will probably buy through Revzilla. I appreciate the "garage" idea to allow me to register my bike to make sure tha the gear I buy works on my bike. Sales support staff not always completely knowledgeable but always willing to help. I appreciated the chance to talk to someone before ordering, nonetheless. I couldn't connect with anyone at Garmin to answer my questions - Revzilla sent me the owners manual to allow me to find out what I needed to know which helped.
This is the fourth time I have order from revzilla. I am always appreciative of the ease of finding and ordering products. I understand that manufacturers should include all hardware with products, they fit to a t.

Good part received but cheap accessory, just fixed with sticky tape, I made holes and fixed it with 2 screws. Now it's solid!
Ordered shocks. A little confusing if the were what I needed for filament but after several checks I took a chance. Communication was quick and offered several days for shipping. Fed Ex said it was coming next day but Revzilla added a day. To my surprise Fed Ex arrived the next day and the shocks fit perfect. Good experience despite the confusion of fitament.

Item was as described. An identical match to the factory battery which came in my 2017 Ducati Scrambler Cafe Racer. It arrived quickly and I had no issues. Filled the battery with the provided acid, let stand for an hour and then placed on trickle charger for a few hours. Installed it and my bike fired right up. I would recommend this battery and wouldn't hesitate to purchase again.
Been using RevZilla for a while now. My recent order was much more smooth this time. Only complaint I have is the fact it's kind of tough to find specific or bike specific products on such a large website.
