This is the fourth time I have order from revzilla. I am always appreciative of the ease of finding and ordering products. I understand that manufacturers should include all hardware with products, they fit to a t.
Good part received but cheap accessory, just fixed with sticky tape, I made holes and fixed it with 2 screws. Now it's solid!
Ordered shocks. A little confusing if the were what I needed for filament but after several checks I took a chance. Communication was quick and offered several days for shipping. Fed Ex said it was coming next day but Revzilla added a day. To my surprise Fed Ex arrived the next day and the shocks fit perfect. Good experience despite the confusion of fitament.

Item was as described. An identical match to the factory battery which came in my 2017 Ducati Scrambler Cafe Racer. It arrived quickly and I had no issues. Filled the battery with the provided acid, let stand for an hour and then placed on trickle charger for a few hours. Installed it and my bike fired right up. I would recommend this battery and wouldn't hesitate to purchase again.
Been using RevZilla for a while now. My recent order was much more smooth this time. Only complaint I have is the fact it's kind of tough to find specific or bike specific products on such a large website.

We ordered online and we received very quick. It was packed to keep from getting broke.
The website claims "ships within 24 hours"- My order sat label created for days, I called and they said it was USPS fault. I ship with USPS daily I know how the operate. They took so long to hand off my order I had to buy it somewhere else or miss a deadline. Pathetic.

Placed order today seems fine. Just one day later to ride with the new windshield.
Clamp I ordered did not fit my year bike when all info indicated that it did. Submitted return which cost me ten dollars to return.

Positive. Exactly what I ordered and delivered promptly. Reasonable price
Ordered an "open box" quad lock. Turned out to be damaged. Return in process with no hassle thus far. Ordered Custom Dynamics tail lights and Hog Works equalizer. Shipped immediately, but FedEx lost the package somewhere. So it showed up late and the box was crushed. However they got the correct apartment this time, so there's that. Items were fine and worked perfectly. Revzilla customer service was on top of the issue. No need to contact them.
I was referred to this site by a friend to purchase a must needed upgrade for my son-in-law's new (to him) FLHX. The recommended product was easy to find, easy to confirm with the model info that it would fit and checkout was a breeze!
