Everything came as advertised before the expected delivery date.

It was very easy to look up my tires and things i needed to get. I recieved my products to help me get back on the road fast.

I was looking for a specific helmet and the size I needed was out of stock at a lot of other online retailers. Revzilla showed in stock, I called a representative right from the web page to confirm (which was super easy) and had my helmet on the way. I also received several emails pertaining to the status of my order. Very satisfied

Shocks are great and they arrived a few days before expected

The helmet is great! This is great for my oval head. Little snug in the ears and some wind noise. It's not overbearing and the helmet Is well ventilated.

Ordering was easy and great. The shipping costs to Alaska are outrageous, and then it too comes bet two weeks to arrive. Which put arrival when we were out of town so we had to arrange form someone to secure the tires. It came by Fedex. I'm willing to pay the costs for FedEx but most things come very quickly, within a few days. I have ordered many times through Walmart and gotten my items free shipped from FedEx in a couple of days. Like I said, i understand the coast, and FedEx, but they should have arrived much sooner.

I purchased a second pair of the same gloves after using the original ones for almost 10 years. Good quality lightweight leather gloves for 3-season riding and reasonable hand protection.

Purchased an Icon summer jacket that was great and the package arrived on time and in perfect condition.

The helmet buying guides and videos were helpful. She found a a helmet she liked and it fit correctly. Also, the shipping cost to Hawaii was fair.

Customer service was great, however, product was advertised as "black" but is grey. Product was Renthal half waffle grips. Otherwise, shopping experience was good.
