This is one of my go-to online stores. Fashion forward clothes and great service! They offer free shipping both ways. Plus their customer service policies are fair and reasonable.
People, be aware. They make their website look so good and nice just to steal your money. I ordered 2 items from revolve.com and couple days later I received 2 packages, 1 with item that I never ordered, and the second with correct items. I returned the incorrect package right away back to them and couple days later I returned the second package just because did not like the items and decided to return. Couple days later I received an email indicating that the refund is being processed. 2 weeks past and I still havent received the refund. I called them and the both representatives were very rude and both provided different information, but both said: yes, we got the items back but we will not issue the refund, you have to file a dispute with your bank. I explained: I returned the items back to you, you received it, now I must receive my money. But they didnt care, all they said was: you have to file the dispute with your bank. I asked: so, in this situation will you then send the items back to me since you are not willing to refund for no reason, and I was told: No, we cant do this. I let them know that they are real thieves because stealing the money and keeping the items. The representatives are very stupid too. Stay away unless you want to get robed.
I'm happy with my suit. I think the price is very cheap compared to the high quality of this suit and the fact of being able to order it custom. It has great details and fits good the body, just the neck is a little loose and the glooves are not so good. However overall I would say the service was fast and good, the price is low. It doesn't disappoint.
Yesterday I called because I was having problems to see my history order, for some reason I was having problems with my email. Also, one of the package came without a return ticket/receipt. Jeremy, the person who took my phone call was EXCELLENT! He was very polite, patient and knowledgeable. I mean, this is the kind of person any company in Customer's Service should have! Excellent job! I'm greatful that he took my phone call he was able to resolve the issue quickly. Excellent communication skills! Thanks again!
I purchased a velvet jacket costing over £100 and then received a text advising the item had been delivered. I live on my own so thought perhaps someone has taken the parcel in for me. I then checked with the customer service department ad revolve and they advised me the has left it outside my door! I advised i had been away for two days and could not find the item. The promised they would look into the matter and get back to me, they have not and had not further communication from them.

I am very pleased with my dress and the service I received. My dress arrived the day after I ordered it.
I ordered a few wedding event outfits on Revolve and was quite excited as everything looks so good on the photos. Customer Service was very prompt in replying to my questions and the package arrived very swiftly despite living abroad. However, when I received my package I was really disappointed. I ordered a $300 dress and it looked so sad inside the box all folded up as small as possible. My other dress retailing for $70 was made in really cheap fabric. Both dresses had really bad quality fabric for the price so I do feel quite ripped off. Do not order from here unless you know the brand you are buying because their photos do look much better than actual product.

This company shipped me faulty item. I spent two weeks corresponding with their customer service team arranging my refund. Instead of refunding me, they reshipped the item back out and made me go through the whole process again. No apologies, no help. Refunds are almost impossible, poor quality products and even worse service.

Will never purchase from this store again.
Placed an order + tracking with shipping so that it arrives quickly. After waiting for my shipment to arrive, I found out that it was on hold. I got in touch with customer service and was told that it will arrive within the next two days which it hadn't. I didn't even get a full refund.

I ordered a pair of jeans that were one size too big. Revolve has an exchange option where you just write down the item number you want instead, ship the original item back, and they ship you the new item. I've never done this before and I got an email saying if I wanted to exchange, I needed to call customer service. Claudia the CS rep was extremely rude. She cut me off mid sentence and looked up my order number and said "ok so whats your problem?" she could have said "how can I help you?" I have never gotten that much attitude from customer service ever. I love the store and they carry amazing brands. If it wasn't for the clothes, I would never shop here because of Claudia.

I was looking for a specific Free People dress and found it for a redciulously good price on revolve. I was scared to buy it because the price was so good and the reviews were so bad. In the end I decided it was worth trying this site out and I am so glad I did! I got the exact dress I wanted in my size on sale and free shipping! Yes that is right! I paid less than $50 for a $150 dress and got free shipping! It arrived quickly only took 3 days and it is superb! I inspected the dress carefully and there is no flaws and it is new with tags! I am so happy I found this site! I would highly recommend!
Ive been buying from revolve for years! Never had a problem! Clothes are always on point and customer service never disappoints. Ive had to make numerous returns in that time if I didnt like an item and ave found returns to be hassle-free! Cant say enough about them!
Seriously I am always at ease when ordering something from them. I know everything will be perfect, products will be flawless, packaging will be great, and delivery will be fast and smooth. They are always my go to shop for anything I need, only thing missing is a larger collection.
Its rare to find a website you have so much positive experience with. Customer service are very friendly and accommodating. Returning has always been easy, getting a refund on orders that go on sale within 30 days is never a hassle, even applying a coupon code to an order because it wouldnt work during checkout has also been handled quickly and politely. Free returns from Australia is amazing and saves me $40 each time. Im super happy with this site and think a lot of stores could learn a thing or two!
I want to point out revolve is full of many different brands. Its not just one "revolve brand", they offer clothing by pricey designers and sometimes at a lower price. I love everything I've received and placed high dollar orders with no problem but sizing, which is general. No problem returning, or buying, and clothing is good quality. Some materials ate thinner but needed for the style and fit of garmet.
I tried this website cautiously by purchasing a dress on sale for about 70 USD. Of course I would not buy anything expensive on the first time, as the 1st time is a kind of a test. Revolve failed the test miserably, with the dress torn only at the 3rd wear. The material was very shabby. Was made in China (not that I mind this). The style was fine though. I think this website sells a bunch of rubbish.

I love most everything on this site and they charge you accordingly. I wait for sales to be able to afford these various sexy pants and dresses. Very good customer service and the company was quick to send me replacement size and my refund.
Been waiting half a month for a two day order. When I called today they said I needed to verify my ID. Thanks for making me wait forever without notice of where my stuff is. I spent 2000 with revolve and received nothing. Go to the mall and buy a dress that way at least you have what you paid for.
