The best ecommerce site for women's apparel and accessories. And they only continue to improve and make things even better. Revolve is hands-down the most customer friendly online retailer I have dealt with. I will always purchase from Revolve if it's available, even if at another retailer cheaper. The current pros:
- Excellent returns policy. They even made an exception for me beyond the 60 days once.
- Online chat is quick and solves any issues without calling. (Calling is good too!)
- Shipping is so fast and you get the UPS live tracking where you can see where the package is on delivery day.
- Online exchanges such that your new size can be reserved and held for you while you send the wrong size back. (this is so rare!)
- 30 day price match with any retailer!
- "house" brands, high end brands, and lower level brands. They have all the price points. I believe FWRD by Elyse Walker is the same company which has even more bangin' stuff ($$$$$) with similar policies.
- no sales tax for me!
The eh's:
- I am not a fan of the house brands as I feel like they are cheaply made with high price tags for the quality.
- Things don't really go on sale with the same pattern that they do at other retailers (i. E., with the seasons)
- Revolve doesn't have all the same cool, small brands that ShopBop does (especially european stuff)
- Larger sizes are not always sold on Revolve despite being available by the designer.
- The influencer "thing" is fine, I get it, but it's a little extreme now and honestly kinda annoying. And get some normal size models. ShopBop recently took this step and it's a nice addition.
I've been a very loyal customer for over 10 years with Revolve. I spend a ton of money there, maybe they are just good to me, but boy are they really good. Any similar online retailer should look to Revolve as a model. Just look at their record profits over the last 10 years, it's crazy!
I always love shopping on revolve! They always have an amazing selection and everything ships in 2 days. The afterpay option is nice too
I've ordered from revolve two times and I'll never do it again. I thought the first time I ordered five dresses and all of them were very poor quality. Some of them had threads that were unwinding. The second time I tried my luck again a year later to see if the quality had gotten better but it didn't. I got a dress wear the strap was completely broken off from the dress. Just because influencers are posing in their clothes doesn't mean that's actually the quality you're going to get
Through blogging myself and instagram etc I always see girls post about Revolve clothing. I visited the website maybe 12 times and never purchased from it. Finally I decided to pull the trigger and give it a try on two items Revolve had that I had been wanting. I am beyond impressed with the ease of the shopping experience and customer service I was provided. I have worked in upper management at a luxury retail business for 14 years so let's just say I am not impressed easy. It was seamless and easy to do an exchange, the items came in perfect condition and the selection of items on their website is fantastic. I would promote and push people to buy from them anytime simply from what I experienced. Thank you Revolve and I will be bringing much more of my business to you.

I'm an aware consumer, including being a Nordie for 40 years, and worked in various Customer Service positions; I have to say I'm extremely impressed by how professional (straightforward, competitive, expeditious, generous CS policies) this company and their policies are. The quality seems in line with their prices, and the presentation and items offered reflect good taste (IMHO). I had to return because I couldn't pull of the particular junior look I was trying to (as a senior), but the return was incredibly easy! VERY IMPRESSIVE! Revolve processed the return in record time, notified me cordially and pronto, no cheesy pressure to exchange instead of return anywhere that I could find, and my cc notified immediately that the return credit process was completed successfully.
I first became a Nordie in Cerritos, although now I'm in Marin. I'm impressed that Cerritos has always been a under-the-radar high-revenue community, but especially impressed that their public high school is extremely high achieving without all the hoopla found in more glitzy affluent areas. I guess it makes sense Revolve, based in Cerritos, is also a high achiever! Thanks, Revolve!
Super fast delivery from US to Europe, all duties can be paid at the checkout which is cheaper and much faster, nice offers and also very helpful customer service.
Revolve sells all sorts of clothing options from tee shirts and shorts to formal ball gowns. They have inexpensive to designer available. They ship everything free two day shipping- quite convenient. They have also teamed up with Afterpay of you want to split up payments you can.
She had been wearing the dress on for an hour when the zipper broke, the dress (strapless, obviously depends on a working zipper) split open, beyond repair. She had to use five safety pins to keep it together and wear her date's jacket for the remainder of the evening. And no, the dress was not tight, on the large side, if anything. I AM BEYOND DISGUSTED! This company targets young women with cheaply made, over-priced clothing that can't make it through one night. SHOP AT WALMART, IT WILL BE BETTER QUALITY. I would have given the dress zero stars if that were an option. I will never purchase from REVOLVE again. Oh, also paid $60 to have the dress hemmed. Extra bonus for being a big enough idiot to shop at Revolve.
I'm confused. I've seen several of these reviews on multiple sites and they honestly seem like either disgruntled ex employees or someone with a grudge. I've spent quite a bit at Revolve but have found their shipping quick, quality of clothes excellent, but I usually buy brands I'm familiar with too. I have reached out to their customer service multiple time both through email and phone and have been treated very well. They've addressed my needs and done whatever they could to make it right. I have never returned anything so can't speak to that.
I am a bit surprised that people that purchase items and return for reasons other than defects expect to not pay for return shipping. Revolve isn't as large as Nordstroms so I wouldn't expect them to cover cost of shipping if I just don't like it.
I have yet to be disappointed. I've purchased beauty supplies, make up, jewelry tights, clothes, shoes. Not one thing wasn't either exactly what I expected or even better. Maybe it's different if shipping to another country, but I'm a very happy loyal customer.
Revolve sucks, you pay extra for shipping and then they don't even ship it., They are such a scam do not shop here. Use Shopbop.com way way better
Do not waste time buying from these pricks. I ordered a dress for s big event even paid $50 for next day shipping and they never even sent the dress. They suck buy from Shopbop.com way better never an issue. Revolve sucks

I have ordered thousands of dollars in merchandise from Revolve and returned only what was the wrong size or most of the time unfortunately was deceived and the color was off, stitching loose, cheap quality and every time I took the time to mark why I was returning. Now, they sent me a letter not even on company letter head as if I've been "served" saying thank you for your business, but we really don't know if your wearing and returning, so now you don't get free returns, BUT after you spend a couple thousand then we will reevaluate you. Absolutely a scam and will go under. Bloggers get the items for free so if enough people say enough then Revolve will have to evolve!

I have been on maternity leave since Nov 11th, and I ordered some clothes because I LOVE your merchandise. Everything I have ever bought, I adore. HOWEVER, the company you ship through never gave me any notice that it was delivered. Nothing on my door, no knock on my door. Nothing. I paid with Afterpay, so I figured perhaps I had to pay for it all before I got it though I did write an email saying "hey, I never got this stuff yet". It was around $300 worth of stuff, that never showed up. Another company, that uses "On Tracking" did not show up either and I am super upset because I ran around town looking for my stuff an no one has been helpful. When I called no one was helpful, and they told me I wouldnt get a refund because "it said that it had been delivered" and that was it. Someone stole my stuff, I am sure or it got lost and IM LIVID. I am a single mom, with a newborn sitting here waiting for lazy carriers who probably dropped it off somehwere else. BULL$#*! terrrible terrible vc

I love revolve, fast shipping and I've never had a problem w returns. I like they email you when the return is on the way back to them. I've used them for 8 years and always recommend.
I am attending a few weddings and ordered 4 dresses.
It was mentioned "NEW 3 DAYS FREE DELIVERY TO THE UK FOR ALL ORDERS OVER £70" i spent a thousand pound, as soon as ordered i received confirmation saying i will receive the following week: delivery 7 days later! I emailed them explaining the situation as i am leaving on these weddings before the delivery I have emailed every day, several times a day, tried to do live chat, tried to call. No one is responding to me, no one is helping me and my order 5 days later has still not left the retailer. 3 DAYS SHIPPING? ARE YOU KIDDING ME!
A thousand pound later i am not yet to see my order neither to receive an answer, and will have to spend more money to buy new dresses without even a refund.
I HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE, I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED SUCH A AWFULL AND USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE
They sell lie and are thief!

If you are not satisfied with the purchase and think that return will be easy and smooth, you are wrong, its like playing roulette!
The return process can go unexpected, first of all they can claim that you have returned clothes which were previously used, even if you have not even tried them on and it has all the tags attached.
The second thing they also like to do is to ship clothes which were previously worm by revolve bloggers /staff and then its a big surprise for you, why did I receive used item? All stretched out without tags? And they will not aprove you for a refund either just because there is no tags. And its on you! So beware! Think twice!
The best way is to go to their web to get inspired and then to shop from the ORIGINAL designer website. GOOD LUCK!

Revolve obviously have completely inept accountants as they are unable to refund the GST paid on items when you return them. So as a customer I am out of pocket by $200 as they can't figure out how to return the GST. This sales tax will then be charged to the next person who buys those items but the ATO will only receive one lot of sales tax, Revolve making a nice little profit out of the new Australian law.

Everything I get from this website is amazing. I especially like shopping on the sale and clearance category because I can fine top quality clothing items at a great price.
I found a dress from another department store site and ask Revolve if they would price match it. I contacted the customer service through their live chat and within 10 minutes, they did price matching and refunded me for the extra which I paid. They told me that the amount will show up on my credit card probably the next day. And I just can't believe this matter literally has been resolved within 10 minutes. For me, it is just an easy and pleasant shopping experience with them. I'm still waiting for my order but I'm already getting excited.
