At first they denied my refund request, however, when I was able to show them their terms of requesting refund, they were very helpful. Caroline in particular did a fantastic job of keeping in touch with me and getting my refund expedited. Very much appreciated all her help!
This company is not legitimate. It took $99 from me while my account was canceled. So they are stealing money from me. And at this point refuse to return the money. This is a scam.
I am a very versitile cook and have many ingredients and seasonings in my pantry. However, the recipes on this app were so cumbersome and would require so many special ingredients, I did not wish to go forward. However, be advised WARNING - if you download the app simply to see if it works for you - even if you NEVER once USE IT, Reverse Health will not fund one penny back to you. This was a complete WASTE of MONEY.
After paying for 6 months and not using the App beyond first few weeks, as it was glitchy and amateurish, didnt motivate me at all, they took further €99 without any notification or reminder (wasn't aware I had signed up for automatic renewal). Emailed them immediately and before payment had full cleared my account, stating didn't want to renew. Several emails later with disingenuous responses they just refused point blank to refund me.
Hoping my reviews will help others avoid this costly mistake. Cancel your subscriptions as soon as you purchase.
The app has no true settings so trying to cancel is was a whole process, which I thought I had completed then deleted the app. No other thoughts to it until $84 came out of my account automatically. Which they gladly canceled with no refund because they have a million stipulations for a refund even though I had no used it for 2.5 months. I was unimpressed from the get go because 90% of the things in the meals I could not find or afford.
I admit I was excited to try something difference as I struggle with my weight. I should have done more research instead of getting caught up in the ads as this is all a hoax. There is no actual nutritional support it's what you already know if you have done weight loss programs in the past. The most frustrating to me is there is a FB page private to members that I was denied access to and have asked for assistance and told to request to join the page. 5 times I have asked to join the group and I am tired of not being accepted and reapplying. Lesson learned for me with this program and hope to save others before they waste their money on it.
When viewing the videos/informaion for this weight loss plan, I was encouraged to see that they appeared to be really looking at the obstacles for women losing weight. They were taking into account cortisol and other hormones. I liked the idea of some individual coaching and support. I joined but very quickly realized that there was little room for substitution (such as flour and sugar which I do not eat), very small portions and finally not enough health fats. Healthy fats and protein is what keeps us full. I emailed them within 24 hrs stating that this was not the plan for me. I received a generic email back offering more months for free (why would I want something free when I don't even use it now) clearly they did not read my email. I have tried again to get a refund-- the product is not for me based off of my dietary approach and I am not changing what has worked for my medical health because they claim I will lose weight. Shame on them for not offering a refund.
I paid $72 for my subscription and decided it wasn't for me. I cancelled it after a month of having it and 6 months later I was charged $99. They are offering 50% return saying they aren't able to give me a full refund. I would think if you can give me 50% back you certainly can give me a full refund.
Like someone else said, you can't learn anything about the program until you download it. Once I did, I immediately realized it wasn't for me and canceled. They refused to refund my money. Offered me a lifetime membership to Something I can't use. Then offered me a partial refund. Then pulled both of those since I had already filed a claim with PayPal to get my money back.
This company charged me twice, and over charged me in total without ever giving me a chance to confirm what i was purchasing. Now they won't refund anything. A complete and utter scam, they should be shut down.
So I signed up for this program and after reading through and realizing that this program would not work for me because of the health issues I suffer from and I just got approved to have yet another back surgery and would not be able to do any type of movement for a good long while that it would be better that I wait and maybe look into this afterwards. After less than 24 hours I requested a refund of the $80 I spent to for a 6 month program, they came back that they could only refund my 1/2 my money back! REALLY, 1/2 my money that they didn't even earn they are just STEALING THE MONEY. So before sending them any money make sure you really want to give them your money... on second thought if you want to give money away just send it my way cause after this back surgery I'm going to really NEED IT!
I was unhappy with the diet plan because based on the survey questions I was expecting a diet that didn't have wheat, dairy, and eggs, as I am allergic.
First day, for breakfast the menu was TOAST and EGGS and the alternatives were pretty much the same. Many of the recipes were for 4 servings! Nobody wants to eat my diet food.
I was very unhappy. So I contacted them and they said I would NOT get a refund.
I became more upset and posted many, many negative reviews. Everyday, repeatedly.
They finally contacted me and gave me a refund.
So, in the end, I am satisfied.
WARNING...don't purchase! The app is horrible...it doesn't connect with any smartwatch app, no total carb/calorie counts, and their generic meal plans cannot be altered and adding your own food choices is not an option! And to top it all off, there is no trial period and NO refund...total rip-off!
Unethical company. Cancelled subscription on same day ordered. Was not informed of no refund policy until after signing up. SHAMEFUL!
Bought app as couldn't see what it was without doing so and after downloading and viewing for a minute I realised it wasn't something I'd manage. Company offered 50% refund then refused to refund anything. I'm taking this to all the U.K. Tv programmes and magazines that deal in unethical selling techniques. Too much money to just lose.
This company is unethical and unreasonable. Soon after subscribing I realized this program was not evidence based and not right for me. I thought I had cancelled and seems I had not. I was charged 6 months later and PayPal helped me cancel. I reached out to Reverse health for a refund. I was outright refused even though it was a few hours from being charged. I was told I didn't cancel in time. No other company has ever been this unreasonable with offering a client a refund. I do not recommend anyone using this service,
Good luck with customer service if they ever respond they are not helpful! Dont ask for your money back.you will never get it!
Stay away- Go directly to NOOM!
I signed up thinking this would be a good option after some research. It didn't work for me, as I found the meal plans too restrictive, and the app didn't really provide much benefit to me. Unfortunately I was set up on auto-renewal and was charged 50% more for the next 6 months than I had been for the initial signup.
When I contacted customer service I was basically told too bad - that's our policy. So I'm out $100 for an app I don't use, and could get no resolution. I've NEVER had an app or software not refund me when I was charged for an autorenewal I didn't want. NEVER. Shouldn't they send a warning email that the charge is coming? YES. Shouldn't I have received a receipt when I was charged? YES. But none of that happened and customer support refused to help me. There are so many better apps out there - Noom being one of them.
They deliver a health plan once and you'll never hear from them again. But they will bill you 4 times. Billed 10/13/22,1/13/23,4/13/23,7/13/23. No one time tip sheet is worth four $60.00 charge. Of course you forget about their automatic scamming charges. Do not, I repeat,, do not sign up for Reverse health!
The app states it is supposed to track meals…all it does is suggest meals and ask if you are similar…a smoothie can be 150 to 1000 calories this is not a reasonable app for weight loss. After realizing I cancelled the subscription and was charge double…do not subscribe!
Answer: I think they sit very close to scammers - they do post content but they do not care about the actual people who try to use their product.
