If you decide to up an initial exploration of this app screenshot everything. Do not use PayPal to pay. Reverse Health do NOT send you further information or any notification that they'll auto renew. Customer service messages are pro forma & no help. They auto renewed €139 and did not reply to my complaint. I contacted PayPal but because I did Reverse Health REFUSED to refund. PayPal found in their favour. They send NO NOTIFICATION of renewal (like every other business) and you are supposed to recall what you read over a year previously. They maintained they were right & did not take any criticism on board. If this review stops someone else being defrauded then I'll be happy. Reverse Health are clearly only interested in getting your money!
I agree this company is a total scam. IF I CAN RATE A ZERO I WOULD! THEY DO NOT DESERVE A 1. We all should get together and sue them and get our moneys back! There has to be some kind of law against apps taking our money and not giving our refund. They wanted me to do the program for 14 days then send pictures of my food lol and evidence that I did the workouts. I dont have time for this bull*** I promised to sue them and shut them down and they refunded me my money in full. BUYER BE WARE DO NOT PURCHASE THIS APP. IF YOUR UNHAPPY THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOU!
I have been looking at programs for 2 months. Reviews about this company must be either co-erced and uninformed. This is NOT USER-FRIENDLY! I work in apps and computers all day- you have to cook their recipes- no nutritional assessment if you just want scrambled eggs and fruit or yogurt with sunflower seeds. They refuse to refund my money unless I do their program WITH PROOF when I complained it's not user friendly…
Tbh, I am so disappointed! I paid for the program for 6 months. I downloaded the app and after 1 day knew that this program was not sustainable for my lifestyle. I contacted RH (which their customer service seemed like nothing but poor AI). After about 5 rounds of me saying this wasn't the program for me because it involved too much prep work (nearly 2 hours everyday for a vegan diet)... they kept trying to extend my service for no additional money - first a full year, then forever - basically, they DID NOT WANT TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK, whatever it took. When I was adamant that no amount of time with this program would make it fit my lifestyle, then I get the email that there would be no refund because I downloaded the app. I contacted PayPal and still RH refused so I had to escalate it to Paypal to see what they can do.
I paid for 6 months and after 1 day - 1 DAY! - changed my mind. This company is a scam!
Sounds like I'm not the only one that wasted and lost money. I totally agree with another review listed below.
Don't waste your money. You won't get it back. They are rude and unethical. They will argue with you and you waste your time because they will win. That is the only way they make money is by taking your money and fooling. I went back-and-forth and I had to give up and realize I lost $75 for nothing. The site is so basic and some recipes don't have food that I've heard of here in US.
"Bought app as couldn't see what it was without doing so and after downloading and viewing for a minute I realised it wasn't something I'd manage. Company offered 50% refund then refused to refund anything. I'm taking this to all the U.K. Tv programmes and magazines that deal in unethical selling techniques. Too much money to just lose."
I was excited to find a highly rated program through Forbes. Everything looked and sounded great until I purchased the 6 month program. Please note that you can't see anything until you download the app and there is no free trial period. Once you open it, you are toast. The recipes are limited. You can't "swap"
Foods as easily as you think. There isn't a scanner to help with tracking. When you ask for a refund, you get a continued sales pitch of "well, we can give you this or that" instead of a refund. The most they would offer me was 50% back. This is a scam and they should not be allowed to sell their product anymore.
I joined on a 1 month at $11.50us within minutes I cancelled it. I was then charged $166.47au. When I spoke to them was told I can continue to enjoy there benefits for a year.
Beware these people!
No transparency. Downloaded this terrible app, realized it wasn't what I was looking for, requested refund same day, got the run around. Submitted a claim with PayPal, still no refund and they use the excuse that if you go to pay pal and are not granted a refund that they STILL will not refund me. Holding my money. They are a scam and not even experts in this field!
This company is trash. If you sign up for their promotion they automatically sign you up for a stupid subscription. They don't notify you when they are getting ready to charge you for their program and there's no phone number to call. This program does not work. ZERO stars
Very difficult to use. When I tried to get my money back after only seeing a film on menopause, they refused.
PEOPLE BE AWARE OF THIS PROGRAM - THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOU, NO MATTER WHAT. I found this program and particularly, their Terms of Cancellation extremely unhelpful if not draconian. On paper, they say that you can get a refund if you are not satisfied, but in reality, they will ask you to comply with a long list of their requirements that no normal person will be able to do. They do not allow any flexibility for a customer to participate in this program. Their 14-day refund guarantee is based on such time-consuming and cumbersome requirements that one does not stand a chance to comply with it. For example, one compulsory requirement is to communicate regularly with program members on Facebook. What if I do not want to communicate with strangers and simply do not have time to scroll Facebook? But no, I do not have much choice here, I am bound to do it whether I want it or not. This is simply ridiculous. I have never come across a fitness or weight loss program which is so helplessly biased and inflexible. To make things worse, the actual program application is not very user-friendly and is not working for me. For example, it is unclear how I get access to the "menopause expert" as your program suggests. STAY AWAY from them.
Do not purchase the app. Its sooo expensive and its terrible. Every question that you ask you never get straight answer. They just copy paste from the script. I made a huge mistake purchasing the app and if you don't like it they will not reimburse you.
I canceled the day I signed up. They continued to charge my card for $252. Run as fast as you can. I have found multiple reviews with the same issue.
The system is too complicated for my life after I explored the program for a month and I was only given the opportunity to use sign up for auto renewal at the time of sign on. Since I wasn't using the program, I would have canceled it which I thought was done. It automatically charged my charge card without any notification from the company. NO email/Text stating that My subscription was up for renewal. Then when I disputed it they said I would have had to cancel 14 days prior to renewal. IF I didn't know it was still on auto renewal and I was not notified that it was going to renew and charge my charge card HOW could I have notified them of a refund prior to the charge. It make no sense. The company is fraudulent and has very poor business practices. They could see I wasn't using the app and still not communication or follow up from them as to why and how they could help with my service. They are not interested in helping. They are only interested in getting your money up front and then charging the your charge card to stay in business.
Not what I thought it was. Requested an immediate refund. Was denied. Bad business practices, super bad content, this app is for amateurs. My health tracker on my ohone is way better. 72.00 is ridiculous when the "coaches" themselves do no exemplify what a trainer or coach should look like (totally not in shape) or have the knowledge needed charge 72.00! They will.keep your money. Also I've come to find out their refund policy is illegal. 72.00 spent for nothing.ni was never going to be a customer. I thought this was another app with videos for rebounding. I purchased this hy mistake and they still kept my money. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS. You will get much more out of a spiral notebook and a pen!
I downloaded this program thinking it was another one referred to me (my mistake) and these thieves will not refund my 72.00! I am going to see if paypal will help out. Watch out! When I looked at this content it was a joke! Subpar app do not fall for it
Terrible! They don't explain the program until after you pay, but becase they offer you a money back guarantee, I went ahead and signed up. The app is not easy to follow and the recipes are not simple, so I decided it was not for me and asked for a refund. When I contact customer service for a refund, there is so much red tape to get a refund (I would have to take pictures of meals I made with their recipes for fourteen consecutive days and send them in) that it is alamos impossible to "qualify" for the refund. As the recipes are the main reason I want to get a refund, this is pointless and ridiculous! If their program was actually good, the one back guarantee should be no strings attached, clearly they know they are offering a bad program. I will update this if they change their mind and actually offer me my money back without their ridiculous requirements.
I should have read the reviews first. This is a fraudulent company with very unfair business practices. I purchased a one month subscription for $30, after which they offered a 12-month subscription, "at a reduced price." When I clicked to the next screen to see what that price was, they instantly charged me $105. No checkout cart, no chance to review the amount, payment method or purchase info. They just charged the card I used for the initial month and then basically told me, "too bad" when I emailed them to ask for the $105 to be returned. Also the welcome video is laughable. You can see the woman struggling to read off cue cards and mispronouncing words while one of her eyelids blinks independently from the other. Very distracting. Looks like bad botox. Also? The whole plan is extremely rudimentary and offers no new information. You're better off googling, "healthy recipes." Save your time, money, and frustration. Oh! And just to add insult to injury, when they emailed saying I wasn't getting my money back, they put a double heart emoji next to it. Extremely petty and unprofessional.
I bought this as a total impulse purchase without checking reviews etc first, and then as soon as I was able to download and look through the app I realized I made a mistake. Within ONE HOUR of purchase I contacted the company explaining everything and asked for a refund, they refused. So, poor company values. The reason I did not like the app/program: you are not allowed to freely enter what you've eaten for the day, you MUST eat from their meal plans or else you cannot track your eating for the day. It allows you to track water and weight, and if you do their exercises, but it is very limited. It said they would provide recipes and suggestions for grocery shopping, but it's literally what they list or nothing at all. Their way or the highway. And hey, maybe someone out there likes that format? But again, just an hour after purchase just looking through the app (they don't let you see the app until you have paid for it, so it's hard to know ahead of time) I found that really is not what I was looking for and that it wouldn't work for me. I was able to purchase the program/app "on sale" for $73, which apparently was 50% off (so it normally costs $141.5 for just 3 months). I don't know about anyone else, but I cant just throw away $73 and the fact that they wouldn't even consider a refund just shows they don't actually care if people like or use their app just so long as they get your money.
After paying for more than 6 months. As it wasn't working for me I only lost 6 lbs total. The recipes are very good. I asked the administration if I would still have access to the Facebook group / app after canceling. I was told yes! Guess what 2 days after canceling I've been deleted from the app and Facebook group. Pretty petty if you ask me. After paying 6 months at FULL price. I should be able to still see recipes and have conversations with the fb group. Definitely won't be telling g my friends and family to join!
I downloaded this app and decided very quickly it isn't for me. My first red flag was when I bought one of the e-books at half price and was charged the full amount. When I canceled my subscription after 3 days because the program isn't for me, I was told I wouldn't even receive a partial refund. This program is a complete scam.
Answer: I think they sit very close to scammers - they do post content but they do not care about the actual people who try to use their product.
