I requested to cancel this within a day of taking it out. The app has been deleted and never used. I have emailed the company numerous times now regarding this issue and they kept replying trying to offer me something else. I was then charged again but they refunded that one and cancelled the subscription however they still haven't refunded me the original charges. They are now saying the time has lapsed and I won't get my money back so I have basically paid for something that I requested to cancel within 24 hours and never used! Yet another company that wants to swindle you into a subscription and refuses any refund if you want to cancel!

The biggest scam and rip off I have ever had to deal with. Can't speak to a person, can't cancel (tried and thought I did) had to cancel my credit card. Thinking about this... DON'T DO IT!

And they don't stand by their "100% satisfaction guarantee"! More junk science having us starve ourselves then shame us for being hungry. They have "nutrition coaches" that know less than my 5 year old about how to eat. Stay away! Such a waste!

Their Auto Renew policy is an unfair contract term, and if they were at all concerned about their customers they would remind them prior to renewal to enable them to cancel. By taking the money out of my account with no warning they have left me in serious financial difficulty, struggling to afford food for a plan that is basically not worth it. When I raised this with them, they make pathetic offers of lifetime membership for free (worth £399, apparently), but cannot refund me the initial sum. I already have a life threatening illness and this companies uncaring attitude has made it much worse.

A month's subscription does not mean a month. It means they'll take your money for subsequent months without notice. And they won't refund. They are unscrupulous in their practices, collecting money for a service you have not agreed to extend.

The programme itself is simply healthy eating but doesn't promote weightloss, and the app is so flawed it's laughable.

You won't find any negatives of note on their Facebook community as all posts have to be admin approved and they'd rather email answers than post things they don't like.

This company is nothing but money grabbing who claim to give a $#*! but really don't. I purchased this and had issues with using the app straight away. Once I requested a refund, they did nothing but hound me to stay by offering every free thing under the sun. It was down right harassment even though I made it extremely clear that I just wanted my money back. I was then offered a 50% refund and then told them that I had taken screen shots of all messages and would do whatever I needed to do to warn others. They promptly said they would refund the full amount within 5-10 business days. That was on 30th March 2024 and still have not received refund even though they claim to have refunded me. Reporting them to the ACCC.
AVOID THIS DODGY BUNCH.

The app seizes up after every entry. I have to uninstall and reinstall every time I want to add anything. The help centre suggestion was totally useless. I want a refund.

Interesting to see the reviews that are not actually IN their site not are through trust pilot and jabber. Please be aware, from reading others, my point of brow appears correct. They don't care, they don't keep in touch and they are after your money. Be very mindful of that auto patent in PayPal. I'm blocking them on all y screens as I only want to leave out to the ethers now, their karma. When I tired to cancel due to my injuries, the first free ladies were lovely, Csilla. You were unsympathetic, uncaring and just wanted the money. Thanks for making me even more aware of who works for them and what is representative of that company.

As I'm seeing with other people here, they charged me $99 for a subscription that I didn't even know I signed up for. They say I agreed to it when I initially filled out a survey to begin the program six months ago. I never did anything with the program after that initial contact. I received a couple emails from them, but never with any terms or conditions or anything indicating that I had signed up for a subscription. It's a scam. They offered me a 50% refund and access for life. They say that's the best they can do but of course they could give 100% refund and they just refuse. Don't do business with this company.

Beware of this organization as once you sign up, you won't hear from them again. I was promised in my welcome email that more information would be forthcoming soon about their program once I signed up. I never received another email. The subscription was for 6 months with a renewal today (3/24/2024). I never used the program at all and I forgot about the subscription completed. There was no reminder or follow up email until my credit card just got hit today with a $99 renewal. I traded several emails with this organization to explain the situation and also that this is a financial hardship for me. There was no understanding and I was told repeated to "refer to the policy," that refunds are not given unless you cancel prior to the renewal date. That is great, but if you forget about the renewal and are never contacted by the organization, then you lose your money. Never again!

I cannot use my app. Countless emails back and forth with no understanding of the problem or rectification of the problem. I want a refund, they are only offering a 50% refund, not good enough

Awful service. Theu just want your money. They don't care about their customers. It's not worth it they charge too much after the first offer.

Don't even open this app. I looked at this app last Sept, filled out questionnaires and got charged. Could not open app. Tried to remove my self and delete and get refund. They refused. Today I got another charge of $150. I checked my phone for reoccurring subscriptions and it was not there. Again no notice renewal of charges. I had to spend 2 hours fighting for it back. Screen shot all your messages! They honestly wanted me to prove I sent a cancelation notice. I told them to show me I didn't.

Avoid this app like the plague. There is much better information on other sites. I have come to the conclusion that the app is set up simply to net cash from people who are desperately trying to help themselves. It's a cynical and prize.

I have not used the app. After an initial expiration which I found difficult to negotiate
I cancelled but due to the opacity of reverse Health, site (or some deliberate action to make cancellation impossible) a payment was taken from my PayPal account.
I was incredibly upset that €139 left my bank as Reverse Health, had not sent me any notification of renewal as other apps do.
Instead of responding to my shocked request to provide information about why I was billed Reverse Health did not respond. I asked PayPal but they relied on info sent by Reverse Health (which I did not possess) and said I had to pay.
I am still upset and furious with Reverse Health and I have asked again for a refund.
I suspect that Reverse Health will hide behind the obscure small print that they included in pre purchase info and never sent me again. It is totally unacceptable for a company to be so unaccountable and unresponsive, I feel violated & scammed.
If you read through Reverse Health reviews, you will realise that many women feel the same way about the way that this company have treated them. I will happily change my review. If Reverse Health decide to revisit this request and refund me. It is really wrong unethical and immoral for Reverse Health to continue as if I have somehow offended them when there app, which is absolutely terrible by the way, is designed to take money and not really hand out much in exchange.
I would like Reverse Health to act with some decency and refund the money to my account.

Make sure if you cancel you get it in writing. I was just charged for another 6 months after I canceled back in September 2023. Customer Service will not help you.

I purchased this app thinking it would help with Menopause weight gain...absolutely useless and a gimmick to get you to sign up.
Read the fine print as they charge you another 180.00 Canadian in the subscription!
Worst app out of all the health and exercise apps and a total waste of money!

They billed me $99 months after I quit.
The program itself is just another restrictive, time consuming app like Weight Watchers. Just move more, strength train, and use a simple food tracker to understand where you need to improve your diet.
I tried it last summer and after a few weeks deleted the app and unsubsribed. So yesterday they billed me for $99. I asked for a refund, they refused, I filed a complaint with PayPal.
I'm now getting multiple emails daily emails from a person using a different name nearly every time making different excuses not to give my money back. They tried offering me their useless program for life; I don't want it. I want my money. They ADVERTISE that they will give refunds. Of course I filed a complaint with PayPal, and now they're saying they can't give my money back because of this. This is absolutely bogus - of course they can give my money back (which I actually need for my family) any time they choose.
