I bought two bathing suit totalling $70. One had two different size leg hole and the other was just weird, so as pictured. I have to send their defective merchandise back at my own cost. Plus they won't refund my original shipping cost. So it cost me $25 to get my $50 back. What a rip off. Horrible merchandise and customer service
I ordered 2 dresses. 1 was not delivered and the other did not fit. For the undelivered, they refused to refund instead offered 10% discount on next order. (As if I will ever order again). The dress which did not fit was refused refind because the dress did not arrive within 15 days. It's still in transit and I provided tracking reference. They refused to refund this.
The quality of dresses are cheap materials. The customer service sucks. They don't care about their customers.
So... please do not even think about purchasing. IT IS NOT WORYH IT.

I bought a dress from this website. The dress was advertised as orange in color and fishtail design. It was neither. It was red with peach flowers and not fishtail. The material is thin and more like a beach coverup. The sizing was off by a lot, probably because it was manufactured in China which tends to be smaller. I requested a refund and accept a return which they refused, basically telling me tough luck. I would not recommend ordering from them based on my experience.

Don't buy from them. Their own description of the item was wrong. Now, I can either send back and maybe get a refund? Prob not based on other reviews or They want me to accept $15 bucks as an offer and 10% off another order there won't be another order! Same thing as other reviewers. They aren't in the office for four days. Oh and I have 15 days from delivery. It's already 15 days. Here's their game. I purchase 6 things. Each and every item ships separately. I get them on different days, like 2 a week. I complain immediately about the first item and am told to WAIT for every thing to arrive. Now we're past the 15 days. It'll be the last time I purchase. I ordered two dresses, they look nothing as advertised! Nothing at all! I paid from my own packet to send them back, provided them the Shipping tracking info, it is confirmed that the package arrived on Jan 11,2023; as of today Jan 23,2023 didn't receive my $ back. Slow in responding to emails in hope that the customer will forget! The dresses aren't fit even for Halloween dress up!
Tracking number proved by Canada Post as received:CX*******CA - I sent them the confirmation - but nothing happened! NOTHING AT ALL! 21 EMAILS - and no resolution! SHAME on such scam company!

The retro dress arrived today, post marked from China. Very disappointed! It was supposed to be dark green, but was turquoise blue.
The lace work at the top was frayed. Very poor quality overall. I haven't bothered to return it as I don't want to waste my money on postage to get a refund when it won't happen.

I received an outfit that was poor quality and shoes that were too big. I sent four emails to start the return process and have never heard back from them. I even called the number on the website, and it was a person's cell phone, I left a message and still have not heard from anyone. I will never shop on their website again!

I'm very "ify" with my expectations on any online order these days. However, the fact I'm taking the time to write this experience should explain itself. I ordered 2 dresses for my girlfriend along with a pair of shoes, and a purse. I had to stop and correct the order for a screwup on my part for her shoes size, be carful with the Euro->American switch (so much for a surprise). Thus it took a bit longer to be corrected (couple weeks) to get here. A long enough time I thought I just threw money into a bottomless pit. Then it came, unlike the typical Amazon order for a dress made from cliche cheap material more than likely from Jeff Bezos and his mass production. The Retro-Stage dresses were surprisingly thick (especially the plaid pencil dress, not included in the photos), very well sewn. They both fit Catherine like a glove. The "Black 1950 Butterfly patchwork vintage" & "Plaid Pencil Dress" were as it says "vintage." Catherine looks stunning in them both, as in HOT! They came just in time for date night in Scottsdale on Friday. Although I admired her in the dresses most, she adored the purse more, thicker than you think pearls handle and the shoes that fit to measure. The ONLY negative I have is the shoes had this "paint thinner" scent after she opened the box, after spraying it with body spray and wiping it with a cloth the scent was gone in an hour and still as radiant.

Beware! This is a company selling out of China substandard material, workmanship and improper fitting clothing. They look really cute in the ads, but sizes are all wrong. I even ordered 2 sizes above planning to alter as necessary, but I couldn't move my arms in the dress and the poor quality prohibited alteration. I requested a return authorization of unworn, unused dress and PAID out of pocket to return ship. Over a month later, no refund and company has not responded to multiple email requests. I have now initiated a payment dispute through PayPal. We'll see where that gets me. So disappointed.
You sent the package back yourself without telling us, how do we know you returned it?
And you did not provide us with the tracking number of the returned package after returning it, how do we know if you sent the package to the correct address?
Our return instructions describe what information you need to provide after returning the goods so that we can check with the warehouse whether we have received the package, and then refund you as soon as possible.
Honestly, you have provided no information other than to tell us you returned the item and there is really nothing we can do

Purchased a coat for my wife as a Christmas gift. The style looked good, but it is a little cheap (understandable at $90). I Tried to send it back, but since it was not opened until 15 days after receiving, I am outside of the return window. I'm lucky it was only $90.

Takes days to respond, they basically told me since the items do not have a plastic sleeve they will throw it away and I will not be refunded. I'm attempting to send the shoes as I did not even open them. I'm very disappointed with this company. I'll keep you posted but I am doubtful about the whole thing. The material is not made well it's cheap and fits weird, not true to size the shoes were cheap and gaudy. I Amy just try and sell everything for orignal cost probably have better luck by the sounds of the reviews.

Below the answer from the apparently "customer service". Provided label delivery, the product delivered from China on 25/11 and I really need you all to help me to stop this scam on decent people! Have ordered this because I like the style. Also Instagram adn all Planforms should not promote this company anymore. Currently dealing with an order I cancelled with Retro-Stage. Despite the stated policy that you can cancel an order before it ships, they lie and say it has shipped so you can't cancel. I cancelled my order with 2 hours of placing it on a Saturday, they claimed it shipped the following Monday. The tracking numbers provided are not in the shippers system and it's in China. Phone numbers for the company are recordings that try to sell you insurance then send you to other numbers, one came up as Gordon Ramsay Steaks in my caller id when I dialed it. The auto response messages to emails sound like they are written by a child.

Answer: XL is a Uk size 14 you have to look at the measurements not the Uk and Us sizes as they are a bit out. The sizing chart is at the bottom of the page of the required item go by the cm, s or inches

Answer: It's coming from China and takes 60 days… they add a s"order shipped but it's not shipped… it's a scam sight. Call your bank and dispute the charges.
Answer: I would say yes, China sizes. I ordered 2PCS White Blouse Top & Suspender Pants - White / XL / 10~12 and the size was smaller than a 10, about an 8, but you couldnt wear the pants anyway, so doesnt matter. They list XL as 10-12 but i would still size down and with how the pieces vary greatly, that might still be false.
