I bought a 1940s drees, and it came just as the picture. It's verty well made and fits perfect. I recommend this site a lot!
I bought the red 1940's dress, which was a perfect fit and lovely silky-feeling material. Also, the lace bow 1950's dress which I wore the next night to a dance. That too was beautiful, fitted perfectly and the lace was lovely and soft.
I ordered my dress on sept 9th, paid express shipping, tried emailing, and calling to ask where my dress is and no response. Of course my card has been charged and no response and no product! Not happy!
I recently ordered a 20s style dress for an event I will be attending in January. I was expecting basically a Halloween costume. What I received was a really nice dress for a very inexpensive price. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality, and the speed of delivery. I figured it was so inexpensive, it was probably coming from China, so it would be months before I received it (which is why I ordered it in September). In less than two weeks, it arrived. It's way better quality than I anticipated (there are a few loose strings, but otherwise it seems decently made). The fit is flattering, and it just looks nice when on. Very unexpected! It's not something I will be wearing a lot, so I expect it will hold up well enough. Another plus: my husband loves it and can't wait until I wear it.
My dress arrived with missing sequins. I have tried for 3 weeks... going on 4 to get a refund. I have sent pictures and follow up emails. This morning they are requesting pictures again. This has been the worst online ordering experience I have ever had and will definitely be letting my event coordinator know, as she has been recommending this company to everyone. My new dress is coming from Amazon, as well as my shoes since Retro Stage still hasn't delivered the shoes I ordered at the same time I ordered the dress. I highly recommend visiting another website. (I've tried to upload a photo of my dress but this site keeps locking up.)

3/4 sleeve 1950s lace off shoulder dress
I ordered this dress in August and got it to Finland this week, shipping took maybe a bit longer than I expected but the dress is a real dream! Soooo beautiful! When taking it out from the package it might not look much - the real effect comes when you put it on. I'm 5"7 and usually wear US10-12, picked size XL for this dress. A bit loose from the top but it's not the dress's fault. The fabric is quite thin but I'm so glad I bought a petticoat to wear underneath, the dress looks so much better with it. The lace seems to be good quality, so neat and beautiful. The wine red color is also so nice! I'm going to wear this to a wedding soon and it makes me feel so pretty!
Retro Stage is a scam. I ordered a dress on September 4th and paid for express shipping to ensure it arrived in time for my event. The day before the event, the package was still in China. Clearly it was not going to arrive in time. I sent a message to *******@retro-stage.com requesting cancellation and credit. The first reply back was that they were at an event in China and would get back to me. The second message said it was already shipped so they cant credit. I replied that it is too late, I dont need it anymore. They replied that they cant credit and sent the tracking number. I replied that it has been sitting in Guangzhou since Sept 6th so clearly it isnt coming. So far, no reply.

I bought Vintage Lace Solid Hilo Formal dress for the wedding of my borther-in-law.
I ordered in grey color and M size. It fits me perfectly and at the wedding I was literally wearing the most beautiful dress. I loved the design and quality of the fabric was above my expectations.
I received so many compliments on my 1920's bundle look. It arrived right on time. The material was great. It fit perfectly! I wish I had another event to attend so I could wear it again. I highly recommend this company.
My order was supposed to arrive by today (based on their expedited shipping estimate). I never received an email saying my order was shipped. I have no tracking information whatsoever. I have received zero communication after the initial order confirmation. I have not received the items that I paid over $100 for.
Their customer service phone number *******186) does not work. Yes, I tried repeatedly. I am not going to pay international rates and try their other number. It should not be this difficult to reach customer service or to inquire about the shipping status of an order.

I purchased a gorgeous black and blue sequins flapper dress and a 1920s shawl black sequins flapper cape. They are both well made with secure sequins and smooth seams. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the dress and the shawl because the prices are so reasonable! Be sure to check out there 1920s, 1940s, and 1950s collections, They carry plus sizes, prom and holiday dresses as well.
Looked lovely on the website but terrible in person. Super cheap material. Looked like it belonged in a dress up bin for toddlers. Fitting was terrible. Very unflattering. Definitely never buying from this company again. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

I ordered the Vintage Solid Off Shoulder Long Dress in Wine Red. I ordered a size large and I'm a US size 10/12. It fits perfectly with no room to spare so if you would like more room order a size up. The dress is very well made not thin and looks just like advertised on the website. The shipping took 3 weeks which was expected and was exactly what I needed.
The dresses here are a little unconventional which i like, and I find it attractively priced. Overall, the fit is good and it looks quite nice on me, and I have turned a few heads swining down the street, lol. I would come back to the website now and again to see if any good deals are happening.

Received my gorgeous dress for a great Gatsby event. I love it. It is exactly as described and true to measurements. Postage was fast, I had left it late and normally wouldn't have received the parcel in time but it was so quick that I have two weeks to spare!

After giving a wrong email address by accident, I talked to customer service to figure out the problem since I didnt know at the time that the wrong email was the issue. The customer service was fantastic. The kind lady helped me figure out the issue and gave me my shipment info on my dress. She always got back in less than a day too so the response time was also amazing. Bought a dress from them before and the quality was great for the price and I'm sure this dress that I ordered will be the exact same way too. Will be purchasing again in the future.

Answer: XL is a Uk size 14 you have to look at the measurements not the Uk and Us sizes as they are a bit out. The sizing chart is at the bottom of the page of the required item go by the cm, s or inches

Answer: It's coming from China and takes 60 days… they add a s"order shipped but it's not shipped… it's a scam sight. Call your bank and dispute the charges.
Answer: I would say yes, China sizes. I ordered 2PCS White Blouse Top & Suspender Pants - White / XL / 10~12 and the size was smaller than a 10, about an 8, but you couldnt wear the pants anyway, so doesnt matter. They list XL as 10-12 but i would still size down and with how the pieces vary greatly, that might still be false.
