I used the site to create a resume about a year ago. I haven't used it in the last 10 months and the yearly renewal automatically and without warning, hit my credit card. I cancelled the subscription, but the credit never hit my credit card. The on-line representative said (and I quote) "At this point, you had cancelled the account already, but you never requested the refund that is the reason why you are not seeing the credit on your card." and then "At this point, as a one-time courtesy, we have refunded the total amount of $95.40. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for processing...".
I called resumehelp.com because I was having difficulty with there writer. I told them at that time after signing up that I did not want a recurring account. They said don't worry they would take care of it. Just checked my account and there they are 2 months in a row I have disputed the charges and would not recommend this service.
It made making a new Resume easy and it helps out a lot. I would use this site again and I would tell family and friends to try it also.

I was able to make my resume easy, but be sure to cancel before they charge you for the monthly subscription. However, website works great and got what I needed.
I built my resume for $1.95. Same resume would cost a hundred dollars. I used the chat feature to cancel subscription and everything was extremely smooth. Aaisha was more than helpful! I will recommend this to all of my friends!
I needed help with a simple first resume and cover sheet; it was provided at reasonable cost as advertised.
They will charge you $50 a month after initially charging you for your "free" resume. This is all technically outlined by them, but you get no confirmation email of the impending charges and there is no reason to suspect extra fees. Scammy, opportunistic, useless business.

I would strongly recommend this site to anyone looking to create or update their resume. I was very impressed on how easy it was to use, you would to. All the necessary tools needed literally right at your fingertips. The cancellation process was even easier.

Just a big scam. Printed off something a while back for $1.95 only to find one I've been getting charged $40 plus other random charges for 5 months!
Loved how inexpensive it was to get some help on my resume. Its nice to have options when deciding what to write on my resume to make it more professional.
