They advertise as free then they charge you after you spent the time to finish your resume. Their format is really nice but the hook line and sinker at the end is not the expectation. They are better off advertising first resume is 2.95 and the rest is 25 or what ever it was. There are students and people trying to get jobs and dont have the extra money sometimes to pay for whats advertised as free.

Hard to change elements, and no indication of what else is a benefit for paying; it just goes straight to the payment page. I would not use it if we had not already used it in the past.
