I clicked on free resume but still ended up paying. The experience section does not allow me to edit descriptions for example, my current job lists my key responsibilities in the past tense and I could not change.

Thank you it was helpful! It'sbeen many years that I finally decided to move on with my current jobs. Working for 10 years sometimes needed to adjust changes, especially when a company and people do not appreciate your hardworking and making millions dollars on time and efficiency. I guess sometimes people just don't want to hear or look at people who are actually gaining the company a positive result every year! Just tired of fighting. Time to move to something else in life.
