Very easy to use and straight forward. There is a massive delay when entering text that made it take many times longer than it should have. Multi second delay after nearly every single text entry operation. I ended up typing things up in a separate program, then pasting them into the forms. I then had to wait probably 10 seconds or longer for the webpage to be usable again. Completely unresponsive. Incredibly frustrating. Felt like there was a bunch of processing going on as I was trying to type. Unusable.

The fact that this is a paid service should be upfront before a resume is built. I was unpleasantly surprised after building my resume that it would cost me $24 to receive a copy of it. Not a pleasant experience.
