Misleading pay structure. You advertise a free resume builder but lock it behind a paywall that is tied to a subscription. I need the resume so I've paid for the trial, which I will immediately be canceling. Honestly, if you advertised a downloadable resume for 2.95 people would happily pay it... but this is an awful and misleading practice. I don't even seem to have the option to download the plain text version. Do better.

I searched for "free" no cc required resume templates and was lead to believe there was no fee and as soon I finalized the resume I was forced to pay.

This was surprisingly easy to use to update an old resume. Process took less than 20 minutes, imrpoved the appearance significantly, and wasnt overpriced at the end. I fully expected a bait and switch to a $20-50 subscription requirement, but for under $3, this was amazing.

Hard to save. The AI is hard to edit once it is in there. I wanted to get the AI suggestions and then make small edits on my own and my progress kept getting deleted and I had to start over 3 different times.
