I already had been paying for a resume I had built, I cancelled my subscription, and lost my file, you had it, but now I have to pay AGAIN for something I had already paid for. Change your terms and conditions to delete cancelled accounts or let people get their already paid for items. Shouldnt have to pay twice for this. Money grabbing bs
