I feel completely taken advantage of by your so-called "free" resume service. I spent hours creating my resume under the impression it was genuinely free, only to discover I couldn't download it unless I paid. Believing this was a one-off cost for the resume I had already built, I went ahead with the payment.
What I did not know—or consent to—was being signed up to an ongoing monthly subscription. Months later, I was shocked to find recurring charges being deducted from my account without a single notification, invoice, receipt, or email from your company. The only way to see any information was by digging through the website's account section, which I had no reason to check.
Had I not caught this myself, these silent deductions would have continued indefinitely. This is unacceptable, misleading, and deeply disappointing.

It has been helpful but this service is advertised as free resume. Not only do you require payment you make me have to take the time to cancel it before 14 days.

Don't like phone number format. Wasn't able delete driver license. Didn't see a way to move manually created category ahead of a standard one. I thought the site was free.

Great recommendations and drafts to develop both resumes and cover letters; however, one must reread them carefully to ensure it succinctly depicts the candidates skills, attributes and behaviour. I found that I needed to edit AI's drafts to more specifically depict my experiences and qualities and make it more personal.
