I am extremely disappointed with the experience on this platform. Nowhere during the initial stages of the resume builder was it mentioned that downloading the final resume would require a paid subscription. I spent a significant amount of time carefully entering my details, expecting a free or at least transparently priced service. It was only at the final step—when I tried to download my resume—that I was suddenly prompted to pay.
This lack of upfront transparency feels misleading and a waste of my time. Users deserve to know before they begin whether the service is free or paid. If payment is required, it should be clearly stated at the very beginning of the process so we can make an informed decision.
I am leaving a 1-star rating purely because of this poor user experience and the absence of clear, honest communication. I urge the team to make their pricing and download policies more transparent to avoid disappointing more users in the future.
