I'm only giving this service 3 stars for the following reasons:
1) I wasn't aware that it was a paid service until after I entered all my resume info.
2) There are only two subscription options available and only one of them includes a 14-day trial. I think both of them should offer the trial.
3) The template I chose appeared to have some punctuation-related formatting errors, which required corrections.

They mislead you by making you think they are providing a free resume builder, let you go through the trouble of filling out all your information, then they charge you to save it.

I think that instead of forcing people into a trial period they have to cancel, the company should offer a one time nominal fee.
