This site is a scam. I realized and error where I needed to add 1 letter. Instead of customer service being friendly and understanding they said thats too bad. Pay or make a new account. Over 1 letter after I already was a plus member. Rude and predatory on job seekers. Wont use again or ever refer.
The guide for building a resume was easy and quick.
I am not happy that I had to buy a subscription in order to download my "free" resume. I understand I can be refunded but that is not what "free" means. If I had known that before I did the work of the resume I would have skipped using this website.
