It seems misleading at first you believe it would be free service but it is not. It would be understandable to make more simple templates or ones that are meant to be free. While those who are more complex you would have to purchase.

I like the way the CV template is. It's user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I noticed there isn't a next line bullet where you write work responsibilities.

I do NOT appreciate your bait-and-switch pretending to offer a free resume and then when the whole resume is done your website FORCES me to PAY for a download. I even spoke to customer service and the "free" thing that was given me was just text and NOT REALLY A RESUME. Shame. On. You.
I enjoyed using your software. However, it would be nice to know upfront that it is going to cost money to actually get the resume. Smart of you to let your customers go through the whole process first. This way, they've already completed the resume and are very likely to purchase the product. Kudos to you and your deceptiveness, it worked.
