Very disappointed in this service. While it is a good resume writing service on the surface, which claims to be "free", it is actually not free. I signed up for the 14 day trial 2 months ago at $1.95 just to be able to edit my resume. After 14 days I was charged $39.99 to my debit card. I assumed that this was a yearly charge for the service, but it is monthly. Today (2nd month), I was hit with another $39.99 charge, despite no longer needing the service. I called the support number and spoke to a representative and a supervisor, who told me that is in the TOS that I cannot be refunded after the subscription renews if I do not cancel beforehand. That has got to be the WORST customer service answer ever. I paid for 1 month, which is all I needed, and now I have to pay for another month. With Amazon Prime, you can cancel on literally the last day of your subscription, having used it for the entire month, and they will issue you a full refund. Not this company. I am very disappointed.
I don't like that it states that it is free and after spending an hour working on my resume low and behold it is not free.
Wish I could move some parts around on the resume so its not too long but otherwise great service.
Also do nt advertise free if i have to pay at the end, that's very misleading.

Resume Builder was advertised as a free service and after spending hours building a resume, I was expected to pay a fee and could not access the work I put into my resume without paying a fee.

The process of building a resume from scratch was very straightforward. There were a lot of tips and pre-defined phrases to make things go smoother.
The varied options were a great touch. The ability to create your own bullet points or use preset bullets is a plus.
