I prefer my resume to be 1 page in length after completion. I tried to take out wording to make my referrals fit on the same page but it was not possible. Please extend the length of your template so they appear as advertised.
Was misled by advertising free resume template and then was unable to print unless I paid a fee.
Stated select resumes were free to download only to have you pay at the very end after a lot of work. Certifications are also cut off in bottom right corner
It said "free" then I spend all my time filling out the resume only to have to pay and then turn around and have to cancel and worry about making sure you do not charge my card again. I think this was very dishonest.

Thanks for making my resume building experience so quick and painless. Except for the end when you were like that'll cost 2 dollars. I mean I'm okay with it because you provided me a very solid service, but at least tell me that I'm going to need to pay 2 dollars before I write my whole $#*! resume. It makes me feel tricked.
This tool is easy to use and takes the formatting hassle out of creating a resume. I like the variety of formats available and ability to revise my resume frequently. The cost is reasonable as well.
