I was supposed to get my resume without paying for it. Lo and behold at the end I must pay at least $1.95 to be able to dowmload it.

You shouldn't have to pay 39.95 to edit a resume you have already paid for within the last 6 months just so you can edit it. If you feel you need to charge a fee, it should be based on time lapsed.
