Customer service was helpful bith times I called this evening to resolve my issues.

Could not go back to edit the resume after starting the payment process.

I should not have to sign-up for automatic monthly. A one-time fee would be great.

Wonderfully created! Helped me out a ton since words were not coming to me that truly described all positions i have held over the past few year.

The site said it was free but I had to $1.95 for a fourteen day trail, that's not free!

I'd rather you have told me it was going to cost something upfront because I don't like to be mislead into thinking it was free.

You did not make it clear that this service would cost by the time I was finished. I invested 30 minutes before realizing this. I was under the impression the costs would come with specific templates or a professional resume-building service, not a templated resume wizard. Kept the resume because it looks good but work on your transparency please.

Great website it made everything easy for me to be able to get a resume put together and not stress about if it will seem professional.

Made it look liek would be free template and feel i have been hoodwinked into signing up for service after spending so much time entering data. Will never recomend to anyone

Would rate higher if there were a one-time purchase option. I'd be willing to pay $5 for a resume.

Should've gave me a free download first before making me sign up and pay at the beginning. I was going to just click off but since the price was cheap I overlooked it.

Quick and easy to build. Easy to Edit based on company application.

Price is too high, would like to see more options for soft skills, and visual representation of overall skill sets in the form of bar graph.
