I experienced a lot of difficulty processing my payment.
Not stated before hand that payment was needed to download Resume
I don't like that I have to pay $25 to update my resume and then continue to get charged monthly until I cancel the service. Also, it doesn't say anywhere in the website that you will be charged to update and have to cancel a monthly charge by calling a phone number. It's shady business practice. Buyer beware!

I like the platform but i wish I could just download the template and edit on my own without going through setup wizard.
A bit clunky, not as easy to move things around as in other resume builders. Limited number of templates, doesn't allow for varying levels of experience. Couldn't figure out how to include a profile picture.
Template suggestions ok. I am mad because it said free then charged me at the last second without downloading before paying. I also chose this because I need a curriculum vitae and the ad posted claimed I could create it here. I do not see this option, only a cover letter. Close but no cigar
