I dont like that is says free all the way through then says i can dowload my resume if i like on fb and then at the end of he day i still had to pay. But it was very easy to use and i didnt have to do much work so that was cool

It was a great form to fill out and to get help making a resume. I was unaware that to get a copy of my resume I was going to have to pay money until I was completely finished which was a little frustrating.

I think your failure to post full pricing details before having people enter their information is deceptive and dishonest. I'll be signing up for your short trial, downloading a resume in the format I want, then cancelling the service. If you'd, posted your prices upfront and made them a bit more reasonable, I probably would've just subscribed and left my subscription active.
Pretty shady to claim to be free, then after spending all the time building the resume, surprise me with a fee. I wouldn't use this again, and I will NOT suggest anyone I know use it either.
Wish I could drag and drop skills and sections on the resume.
I called the phone number to verify that I would be able to cancel w/out any problems and the person was pleasant and helpful which made me feel secure with my information and with cancellation.

I enjoy your template and help building my resume, however you should not advertise this service as free and then hide the fact that it is not free. I spent 2 hours on this I have no choice but to pay the $3. If you were upfront about the cost I would have been more than happy to pay first and less annoyed at feeling lied to.
