Your company lies in its description on CNET saying that it is a free service. They hold your resume hostage till you sign up for one of their plans. If you like things like that then its a wonderful service. It also locks your submit screen so you cannot give them a rating lower than 3 stars.

Well. I surely didn't like not being told about payment until I was finished with the resume. I understand the charge, but it wasn't obvious that I wouldn't get a trial.
Every was fine until I got to the payment page. Kept getting an error code and couldn't fill out my information. After 20 min I gave up.

Was easy and a lot of template options to choose from.
The template was easy to use and looks great but I was not aware that I would be charged. I specifically typed in FREE templates and thought that was what I choose. Very disappointed to put in all that work and then have to pay for it.
Resume format and ease of customization was a breeze!
I love that I can enter my info and the program sets it into place, and I can transfer that between different models of resumes. I wish I could make simple format adjustments, like right or left alignment, and add bullet points, etc.
