The resume creation process was awesome, but it was not mentioned AT ALL that I would have to pay to download this document. This was very annoying, as I had spent about an hour carefully inputting my responses before I was made aware of this (upon completing my resume). If you believe in your service, you should be upfront about the payment rather than being sneaky and hiding it until people are done creating their resumes that they think will be free to download.

Really simple and easy to use, saved me a lot of trouble and made things easy.
More customization in regard to the placement and location of the writing. Also a different secodn page layout, for instance, you hace enough work experience to fill up the second page of a resume. I would not need to have the let or right hand side sections still structured without any information really needing to be there. Sorry for the rushed explanation.
We were led to believe this was a FREE resume builder. Not pleased that we get saddled with a charge AFTER we spend the time putting in all the information.
