I was led to believe that this resume would be free! Also do not charge people a subscription fee. In my humble opinion, it would be better to charge for a document download as a one time charge. The fear of a re-occurring charge will run away more customers than it will keep. A reasonable rate would be $1-2 for more basic resumes and increase the price as the document's sophistication increases. I believe implementing this tactic will encourage more visitors of your site to seal the deal with purchasing. Eliminate the verbiage that says that resume creation is free, it's misleading and distasteful (although I believe this site is excellent). Just my opinion. If you are not able to do anything with this information, please pass it on to your superior until it makes a difference. Thank you!

I don't have anything to compare the service to other than building one on my own. For that reason alone, the template achieves its stars.
It was made clear that this would be a free service. After filling out and taking the time to complete a professional resume, you could only choose a "plan" to pay for the resume that was said to be a free download. Lies.

You advertised as free. Then wanted a credit card subscription at the end. I will be contacting the better business bureau.

The service is great. I would prefer if upon checkout, you recommend the 14 day trial, in which if i like it then i pay $2.95 instead of having me pay the $2.95 & then get it refunded if i don't like the trial.
Annoying to have to pay to download my resume, I just want to get a job. Pretty easy and intuitive aside from that.

Answer: They charged me $39 were I have only enrolled for 14 days trial for $1.+. Since that day I am chasing them for the refund of my hard earn money on below email but didn't got any proper response. [email protected] I wish at least you get your money back.
