If I'd known I had to pay in order to get my resume, I wouldn't have used this site. It wasn't any easier than doing it myself, which of course I didn't know until I tried it.
Can't move items, have to pay to download first then edit in word instead of being able to fix it in the upload process since its your fault it didn't download properly in the first place.
