It's suppose to be a free service template but its not.
The only thing I didn't like was a went through a lot of effort to build a resume and found out I had to pay later. I don't know if I missed it somewhere, but if not, this should be fixed.

I liked the tool quite a bit but did not like the business practice of hiding the cost till the very end. I thought maybe the site's resume functionality was supported by other ways of making money, like pro resume review services or job hunting assistance. So I paid the $3 for the trial so I could not lose the hours of work I put into it, just to get the template. But I don't want to pay $100 a year for this service so I'll cancel right after downloading. I see you make cancelation difficult too, it requires a phone call instead of allowing cancellation right on the site. Very poor, deceptive business practices.
