Love this software. I do wish there was a little more flexibility to add segments to the formatted templates.
You claim its free and then once you complete everything you charge the customer
I was upset that it was promoted as free, and then I ended up having to pay.
Didn't like that it says that it's free but you have to purchase it.

This site is not free. I had a great experience making my resume under the assumption that it was free (as it says many times on Google), and was pissed having to pay $25 at the end. It's fine if you're going to charge for this service, but be more upfront about it.
Confusing and asking for money at the end is unethical

I chose to use this service to have a more professional resume. Your upload function butchered my uploaded file, requiring numerous edits to the original word file before your system properly formatted it. The process took about an hour with a mostly complete resume to start with. Then, despite reviews and advertising claiming it is free, I was still required to pay to download my resume after putting in the work. That makes me feel manipulated. If you have some valuable services to sell me beyond formatting information I've already written, great. But don't hook me with lies.
This was advertised as a free resume template site. I was not expecting to have to sign up and pay for a service I will not continue using. Now, I will have to call back and cancel my service, while trying to be polite to your customer service rep, who, I am sure, will have to try and get me to keep your service, and who is not responsible for the dishonest tactics you use.
Not difficult, good format, and several styles to choose from.
Very easy to use and helps you set up a professional style resume.
