This is NOT a "free" service as advertised. Had I not spent half an hour creating a resume only to find out, when I clicked "download," that I would have to pay $2.95 just to do that, I would have chosen a different, truly free resume builder.

You VERY conveniently leave out the fact that while I (and many others, I assume) found this website via googling "*FREE* resume template", that it is indeed. NOT free. And again, conveniently, you do not ask, or even MENTION a cost, or the price, until AFTER users have spent (potentially) HOURS entering and tweaking all their information.
You'll kindly notice that the very first word in my search query is, in fact, NOT the service you provide.
While it's a beautiful, albeit scammy, business model. It's loathsom in the eyes of customers. And I will be filing feedback with Google themselves, and the BBB if y'all are even accredited.
(Also, "stop it." - You really should discontinue the promo/trial crap- It's a baited hook and it's well known that the VAST majority of people use the site one-time then forget about it and are charged monthly, sometimes for a considerable length of time, before they notice the charge. If they ever do.
The majority of your users are people out-of-work (read; poor) and it is appalling to be taking advantage of such people -- Especially considering the current global events and employment situation.)
