I was under the impression that this service was providing me a "free" resume template. But when I went to download it after already investing 40 minutes creating the resume, I could not download the resume I had created unless I paid the $24.95 fee. It's enraging. It feels like trickery. I've gone ahead and paid the fee because I appreciate the template and I need the resume. But this feels very dishonest and leaves me feeling like I've had a terribly dishonest service here :(

Advertise free yet I have to pay. This should be made known before someone spends 2 hours creating a resume. I didn't like that I had to put my graduation year on the resume
