My experience was good with the exception that 'free' means free not $2.95 cents. I appreciate how easy it was to create my resume, and the different layout options.

Your payment screen would not allow me to pay. I even called tech support and cleared all cookies. With Windows 8 on Google Chrome the credit card field appears in red immediately before entering anything and then the page (even the chat window) continually refresh every 20 seconds. I had to do a remote log in to another computer to enroll... it uses Windows 10 and Google chrome.
