You guys do not provide an option for me to put in a Paypal account nor use a gift card to use this service. This is evil and you guys are stealing my information for your purposes to sell my data. Especially when I may want to use another service and you guys want to red flag an account for changing information. I work with a security engineer and we know about this malicious act that the public doesn't know.

Everything was GREAT until I FINISHED my resume and went to try and download what was advertised to be a free template. Now after spending HOURS working on this I am left with the choice of having to re-do the entire thing on a new template or pay a subscription. BAIT AND SWITCH MUCH?
I don't mind paying for something, but to be told that the templates are free and then to have to pay to get the work you have put into it is completely dishonest.
I'm so disappointed.
I'm paying the fee because there's no way that I'm leaving behind 3 hours of work on the resume that I built. But you better trust and believe that I'll be canceling long before the full membership gets charged!
It's really too bad that you resorted to the bait and switch, because your product is excellent and I would have been willing to pay something on a monthly basis for a membership or a subscription for the continued ability to update a resume for different positions and to use the cover letters and the excellent advice.
You ruined it with the dishonesty.
