Doesn't mention anything from the beginning that you need to pay at the end for downloading the file and that it's not free, and I noticed that at the very end after working on my resume for 3 hours on your site...
Plus, there's no information about how to cancel the autp-pay after 14 days..

Directly advertising as a free resume builder then restricting ANY form of using said resume is false advertising. Like if you want to limit it, sure. Add a watermark and have them sign up to remove it. Or let them only download one resume per account and they have to sign up to your mailing list to get it, sure. But if I don't have the ability to get virtually any form of actual resume without paying, it is patently false to advertise it as a free resume builder.

You guys suck for making people do these surveys, i just want to use the damn service but you guys are making me waste my time, and I can't even give you 2 stars because you change the ENTIRE mandatory survey. If I wasn't poor and didn't need a leg up in my industry with a quality resume I would've taken my business elsewhere. Once I build my resume I'll be sure not to come back to this site ever again because you want to waste my time, so I'm happy to waste yours.
