Not very transparent. Very easy to work with and nice formats. The resume building experience was 5 stars. The hidden charges that you have no choice but to pay after spending all that time building a resume is a bit snakish!

This site came up as a free template service. It's predatory to have your services listed as a free option online. I spent so much time putting my resume together all to learn that you will be charging me for this. I don't really have an option at this point because I spent so much time I can't afford to start all over. Feels like you all lie then pressure people into paying at the very end
