Was easy to create a resume, the system is great. I left a one star review do to the fact I clicked on this being a FREE resume builder, but once you've completed it and go to select the way you want the finished product to work, you have to pay them to sign up and use it. I went ahead and paid for it since it's already done, but they are very misleading for anyone looking to create a resume that doesn't want to pay for it.

This is a false advertisement. On the website you said it will be free to create a resume and then when you get through with the resume you have to pay for it.

With all the other options, beware of this company. While the service was okay, they will continue to charge you even after you cancel and then DO NOTHING ABOUT IT! Unfortunately I do not review my credit card statement as much as I should and found out after canceling my service in September of 2022, they werre charging $34.95/month up to Jan 2023. The first time I canceled was on their website, now I called and cancelled over the phone, will see what happens. Lady was rude and refused to even acknowledge that the account was cancelled. Told her to look at the account and she would see that nobody has even logged on since the date I advised it was cancelled. So many other options, do not choose this company!

Account was not in my name. I had no information about it and they would not refund over 100 in charges to my card. Bad customer service. Lack of any help. 0 stars. Shame on them

When I looked resumegenius up online, it said it was free. When l went to print the resume, I found out I had to pay. I found that to be misleading. I needed the resume so I paid the $2.95 fee which I can cancel in 14 days.
