While I enjoyed using the pre-written bullet points, I wish I was informed that I would be paying for a subscription before I began all the work to fill in the template. It isn't huge that the templates can't be adjusted, but again, that's not outlined before beginning. I honestly would've used google. I am paying the one-time fee of $2.95, because I am proud of how it turned out, but I'll be canceling before the monthly fees kick in, holy COW! I made a mistake using your site, because this is a one-off resume; I am not applying for jobs. I'll be using a service I don't have to pay for in the future. Let people know in advance what the charges are for. You have a great tool, but it is NOT for everyone. I feel duped, like a bait-and-switch type of deal.

Very misleading in that the payment plan is not clear when you start building a resume. It is not really free and that is misleading.

It says free and then charges you. I paid the 2.00 then canceled imediately. That's poor buisness to get you through the whole process and say guess what. We lied. To bad as well its a great site minus the lies.

Frequent inability to use text boxes and drop-down menus as intended. Had to refresh several times. Had to import copied text. I'm honestly bewildered that I'm going through with payment

It's very difficult to edit the experience sections. There's a glitch that happens when you try to type the cursor keeps going up to the very top. Very annoying & makes it almost impossible to edit that section.
