It was supposed to be a free service. At the end, before obtaining your resume, they charge you a minimum of 2.95. The $3 isn't the issue, I dislike being misled. Just state up front that you can get the resume for $2.95.

Well you offer a free download and then charge to download. While I still think it may be a good tool, only time will tell. But if you offer free for 1st download make it free.
