I have been charged multiple times for a subscription I have not been using. I contacted customer service and spoke with Riel who was no help at all. Was only offering me not even half of what was charged from my card. I explained I canceled my subscription the same day I paid for the 14 day trial so there was no need for me to be charged. I didn't think I would have to check if they charged me every month after I canceled. This website steals your money even after canceling your plan and then later tell you there's nothing they can do because "there was never an attempt to cancel". I do not recommend paying for anything on this website. They are a bunch of scammers and thieves. If I could rate this a zero I would.
I had a fabulous trainer so like the system was lovely but her knowledge got me through!

Thought this was a free service, guess I have to pay to use it. Have fallen for these in the past and ended up paying the $25 a month for a LONG time before I realized and canceled. Hate your guts and hope you drop the exploitative business model
