You advertised for a FREE resume and then charged me. Not happy about that.
The lack of transparency as to the required subscription to receive the advertised service is not only deceitful, but predatory. Knowing that clients are desperate for employment by seeking third-party resume builders, and prying on that in order to charge a mere $2.95 is simply a backwards advertising model. It leaves the customer feeling deceived, and unhappy. Sure the annual subscription is what your marketing team is trying to sell, but in the process they are frustrating every single client that uses the builder. Be upfront, have the costs on the home page under the START HERE button. Because this was downright sleezy and frankly, now that I've gotten what I need, I will be cancelling my subscription. Advertise the cost of the service.

Really great for making resume but it says FREE resume templets. It says that to trick people into making their whole resume and then forcing them to pay the $3 for the 14 day access, what a scam!

Its a good place to get a resume done, and has everything you need to get the resume done, but it didn't state you'd have to pay after all the steps to download your resume.
