I really enjoyed the ease of making my resume however when it was time to enter my payment the process took me 2 days and 3 different cards before my payment was finally accepted. Extremely frustrating experience that usually is never a problem with any other payment processes.

What's with charging me two bucks for a trial and then hitting me again with a charge just to download my resume? I would pay 5-6 bucks for a trial if it included downloads. It's just misleading and scummy. The trial shouldn't even cost any money in the first place.
