Pricing model is given AFTER a long form. You know very well that people will spend a significant amount of time on the form, and THEN learn about the pricing options. This model relies partially on the sunken cost fallacy to hook new purchases. I did however find the tool VERY useful! So I'm going to make a purchase, but I would have appreciated more pricing info upfront from the beginning.

On the apps it says free resume. But when I completed resume it asked for payment. False advertising in my opinion.

The only change I'd make is the ability to bypass the earlier dates on Experience and Education. In the case where the applicant could face age discrimination. It was recommended by a resume specialist that the earlier dates be eliminated from the resume.

Just a bit concerned there were no options to have the free service as advertised. The format was good so will move forward, but do not like having to cancel after 14 days as i know i will not need service after that. Definitely misleading and hope there are no problems cancelling service

Very deceiving option when offering monthly subscription for $7.95, but in small print it states you will actually be charging $95.40!
